Rocco Piacentino
Renewable Energy. Rocco founded r Anthony enterprises (rAe) in 2012 and rapidly grew the company to become a leader in alternative fuel station build and service (over 50 CNG stations built). After successfully merging the business, he co-founded InsightFuel with Jeff King in early 2017 where he was a board member and VP of Development. Rocco successfully exited that business in mid-2018. Since 2016, Rocco has maintained the consulting firm Renewable Resources Ohio LLC, powering the development of RNG projects across the country. He is sought regularly to consult and develop strategy for over-the-road, off-road, rail and maritime applications. He is also an active member of EnergyVision.
Waste Mining & Digital Assets. In 2019, Rocco began leveraging high density compute systems designed for base-loading, which led to several development projects and investments across both waste mining and digital assets. He has also had consulting engagements in the space with multiple companies, including Sarson Funds and Drone Energy.
EDUCATION & COMMUNITY
Rocco is a 2002 graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned his bachelors in biology & finance. He resides in Marion, OH, where you will often find him in business meetings with his two beautiful daughters, age 6 & 8, excited to relationship-build on any new adventure. Rocco sits on the Ohio Board for Team Focus (www.teamfocususa.org) and is a zealous advocate for the non-profit organization founded to mentor young men without father figures, age 10-18. He also serves as an advisor for Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Central Ohio and for Damascus, a Catholic youth camp that hosts over 5,000 kids per year.
Cynthia Heinz
Finance. Cynthia started her career at Merrill Lynch (1997 to 2001) and was recognized both for her analytic ability and as the youngest licensed associate in the region (Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, CFM). From 2002 through 2009, she led financial strategy and development in roles across real estate, industrial services, and media.
Healthcare & Biotech. In 2009, Cynthia joined a $1.5 billion oncology management company, driving regional development over 300% in 2.5 years before being asked to inform strategy across the national organization. Since 2009, she has served in a number of critical roles - leading crisis management operations for a $1 billion healthcare company, informing strategy for six startups and serving on the founding team for two (INet and Alysida Health). She was founder & CEO of two companies: BioConnetiX and The Healthcare Paper Company, achieving a successful exit in 2019 from the healthcare technology startup BioConnetiX. She still serves as President for the Healthcare Paper Company.
Private Equity. Outside of her primary employment, Cynthia ran a real estate investment portfolio for a family office for 14 years (2007 – 2020). She has also consulted extensively on a host of offerings across renewable energy, consumer products, and digital assets.
EDUCATION & COMMUNITY
Cynthia holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University - College Station. Upon graduation from business school, she was the recipient of the Dean's Leadership and Service Award, a rare honor afforded only through recommendations and votes by both faculty and peers. She became a Paul Harris Fellow through Rotary International in 2000 for her support of foreign education and humanitarian programs and continues to pursue her passion for others within the community. She most recently served on the board of directors for the nonprofit Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. Other accomplishments include serving as the lead consultant on a business plan to create sustainable cancer centers in third world countries, service on the UT EMBA Legacy Scholarship Fund committee, and holding national advisory board seats for Wisewear and Lilly Oncology.

FDLD Holdings
FDLD Holdings was founded in 2021 by partners Rocco Piacentino and Cynthia Heinz. The duo met through a mutual consulting engagement in the technology space. Recognizing synergies in their industry experience, drive, personalities, and skill sets, Cynthia and Rocco joined forces. After pursuing several successful projects together under Fleur de lis Development, a venture incubation firm founded by Rocco in 2018, they formed the investment company FDLD Holdings.
Rocco drives, develops and manages hundreds of relationships for the firm and leads deal sourcing for energy and commercial real estate investments. Cynthia serves as managing member - analyzing and structuring the investments; serving in Board roles for target holdings; and managing investor relations.
